Two weeks ago we took Grace to Chicago to Scheck and Siress to have some adjustments made on her leg. Mainly a new foot. And some height. Katie also traveled along this time. Which is always fun! : )
Julie and John Angelico (not pictured), have been helping Grace for the past 13 years. They have treated her like she was their only patient and taken the greatest care of her every need and kept her walking since she could crawl. The Shriners hospital has recently added a prosthetic department of their hospital. We usually visit the hospital to see "the bone doctor", then visit Scheck n Siress for the prosthetic. We will miss Julie and John and can only pray that the prosthetist that take their place will be as knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Especially when what we had was working so well. God knows. And we can only trust that He will once again take care of all the details in this beautiful girls life. : )
