Saturday was a pretty layed back day. We didn't have any projects or anything big happening at the farm. We baked, visited at the table, took naps, cleaned a little and pretty much just enjoyed the nice weather. Doug had a busy day of getting ready for harvest and making sure machinery was ready to go.
Saturday evening wasn't really that much different than Saturday during the day. :) We walked around the farm did chores, Checked on the new chicks that came Thursday, and took a mule ride around the countryside and watched the neighbors harvest their pumpkins.

In the afternoon 8 of our 11 went to the Precision Planting picnic. They had a great time. Jake came home with this nifty balloon hat. They had bouncy houses and giant slides. And lots of yummy things to eat. And that was about it for our Saturday. Very calm very peaceful. :) Thanks for visiting!
