It's Early!

     Good Morning!  I'm up early......again. :)  Sleep deprivation is not pretty.  We have had a bug going through our house that 6 of us out of 11 have gotten....the bug is winning..... Thankfully it only lasts about a day or two and then moves on to some other unsuspecting little person.  It causes eye pain, fever, temperatures, stuffy noses (thus, no sleeping), and yes, gross, some vomiting. (sorry.) Which makes for cranky babies, and tired mommies and daddies....Thankfully, no virus has ever lasted forever and everyone will be better soon!


     On a happier note today is Doug's birthday!  He is 45!  And still as handsome as ever! :) Lucky me! :)  I'm not sure what all the kids have planned for him today.  But I'm sure there will be lots of hugs, kisses, homemade cards, and a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.  Specially ordered by Doug for the occasion. :)  


     The kids only have 2.5 days left of school til Christmas vacation!  Hooray!!! I am so glad they will be home for about 2 weeks.  I love vacations.  It will be great! 


     Well, that's about it for now.  I'll try to post some pictures of the birthday festivities. (If our ancient computer will allow it.) It has not been cooperating with the bloggers in our family lately.  Did I mention.... I hate computers.....  Especially when I want to do something.  I know what I want it to do but it won't do it for me! Have you ever had this problem?
