Bryces Birthday Party!

Bryce's Birthday party! ;)

      The other night we were all able to get together at Bryce and Emily's house for the first of many
birthday parties!

      A funny thing happened on the way to the birthday party in Morton. :)  I called Em to tell her we were on our way and to tell her all things and people we had picked up along the way and how excited everybody was......After which she said to me, "You did remember the cake and ice cream, right?"  Long pause here....."NO!"  Oh no!  We remembered everything BUT the cake and ice cream.  Which Em baked for Bryce the night before. Ugh! So we stopped and got a cake when we went through Pekin. Which to let you know Bryce and Em was a fabulously wonderful cake!:) We ate it the next day! Which was a happy thing for us!

All the kids did!  Even Em, who had that next day off got to eat some!
Sorry Bryce. But if you ever wondered if your future wife can bake....she can! :)
Her talents not only lie in cinnamon rolls but are in cakles and bread as well! YUMMY!!
