We had been wondering why we weren't seeming to get any measurable rain amounts here.It always looked like less than a 10th of rain whenever the kids would check it. Well, when Doug went out to check it today after the storm passed this is what he found. Our rain gauge had no bottom to it! It was laying in the grass next to it and all the rain had been running out the bottom! Which makes it very hard to catch and measure rain fall amounts! : )
About 4:00 we had a storm pass through today. It brought strong winds and rain with it. No damage or hail came with it. Which is what the weather radio was calling for. Thankfully all of that missed us. : ) ~Thanks for visiting.
