Today was by far one of the coldest days yet for our winter. Just a few seconds outside and you could feel it on your face. One did not want to stay out for long! But then, it is January. It just hasn't acted like January for the most part! Tonight Doug took a couple of the girls to Chatham to visit with a friend. After he got back from there, he and I went into Manito to meet with a couple old friends to visit. The roads were not very good so I was glad we didn't have far to go. After a couple hours we returned to the ice covered van and headed home.

A couple of our younger kids were visiting with their grandparents. So Em brought them back home while we were gone. Before she went out Bryce and Jake swept off the steps and walk for her. Which was a very nice surprise for Doug and I when we got home! :)

3 blessings from today: 43.) Safe travel fror the kids back & forth from work and school.
44.) Old friends to visit/ laugh with. :)
45.) One more day to draw breath and be with the people I love.
Hope your night is safe and warm with family! Good Night! :)
