Rach and Caleb :)

     Today Rachel and I took a field trip to town to run some errands and have a day off.  We went on an adventure to the big city of Peoria.  She and I visited Jo Ann Fabrics which is always fun to do.  We weren't looking for anything in particular, but had a grand time looking at all the different fabric. :)

     We were supposed to be finding a new violin string as well, but forgot the violin.  So we decided to put that part of the trip off til another day.

     Then, back to Pekin for Chinese food. (yummy!) Olivia likes it too and so we were all happy. Except Jake who ate fortune cookies and let us know that he does NOT like chinese food. :)

    We also visited Goodwill and found a couple skirts. Yipee!!! ;) After that.....WALMART. :( (sigh)
It would be nice to have a trip to town that did not involve walmart.  But alas, we needed a few things, and it was the place to go. (another sigh.)

     Rach and I had a great time today.  She is so much fun to go places with, and she is very good with her brothers and sisters.  Very patient. Her littlest brother adores her. Almost every morning she will pick him up and he lays his head on her shoulder and pats her arm, because he missed her while he was sleeping!  :)
